Noel Escobar was recommended to me by a friend who is a real estate agent in the Palm Springs area. I called her and she responded immediately. I found her to be a terrific listener and a great communicator. She understood the situation and handled all the details beautifully and quickly, preparing my deceased brother's home for sale, and marketing it in such a way that we had a reasonable offer in a VERY short amount of time, which we accepted. After a short 2 week escrow the deal was done! Because I live 300 miles from the property, we handled all the transactions online, and for me it was effortless. Noel went above and beyond what her duties were. We live out of state and had a renter in our home prior to the sale. She coordinated all of the repairs including carpeting and paint. She cleaned, did yard work, and so many other things and all the while kept telling us when we would ask if we need to fly there not to worry about it that she could handle it and that she did. She watched the market closely and helped us to ensure we sold our home which was our goal. I always felt like she was looking out for our best interest not her own. I could go on and on about all the work she had to do to get this house sold.
